This product-specific policy supplements the common oorio legal framework.

The game is designed to minimize server-side personal data. Account identification, entitlement, essential operations, and support may require server processing.

Puzzle progress, Journey, Solve Trace, Technique Mastery, Reasoning Profile, Review, and Training recommendation data are intended to be stored and calculated on-device rather than synchronized to oorio servers.

App stores process payment details. oorio may receive entitlement and transaction status but not full card details.

Limited crash, security, and diagnostic information may be processed where enabled and disclosed.

Server account data can be deleted through the account-deletion route subject to lawful retention; local data can be removed through applicable device or app controls.
Advertising and subscription service providers
Advertising services
The free version of oorio Mines uses Google AdMob to provide advertising.
To deliver ads, manage ad frequency, measure advertising performance, prevent abuse, and support service stability and improvement, Google and relevant advertising technology providers may process the following information:
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address
- App and advertising interactions, such as app launches and ad impressions, views and clicks
- Limited diagnostic information, such as crashes, app launch time and performance
- Device or other identifiers, such as advertising IDs
The information actually processed and how it is used may vary depending on device and operating-system settings, ad-personalization settings, consent choices, region and applicable law.
oorio Mines does not display ads while a paid ad-free service is active. However, whether an advertising SDK included in the app processes particular data may vary depending on the app version, SDK configuration and the user’s privacy settings.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
oorio Mines uses RevenueCat to verify subscription and in-app purchase status and to manage access to paid features.
RevenueCat may process the following information to provide these functions:
- Purchase and subscription history
- Subscription status and entitlements to paid features
- Transaction information, receipts or purchase tokens provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play
- App user identifiers that may be generated anonymously
- Limited device and technical information required to provide the service
RevenueCat is not the payment processor that directly handles payment-card or bank-account numbers. Actual payment and payment-method processing are handled through the applicable app marketplace, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
oorio Mines uses purchase and subscription status verified through RevenueCat to provide paid features, restore purchases, confirm entitlements and operate related services.
Third-party services
Data processing through Google AdMob, RevenueCat, the Apple App Store and Google Play may be subject to the privacy policies and terms of the respective service providers.
oorio Mines uses these third-party services only to the extent necessary to provide the service and applies appropriate privacy safeguards in accordance with applicable law and platform policies.
